It is truly amazing to see what have been created in the desert. Almost like a dream come true. “Sanghi Industries” ranks among the premier cement industries in India ,has setup a 2.6 MTPA Cement Plant with the most modern and state-of-the-art technology at Village Motiber, Taluka, Abdasa in Kutch District, of Gujarat in India, having captive mines of raw materials which are equipped and operated with the best available state of art, safe and Eco friendly technology.
While I was at nearby villages at Kutch (Sanghipuram) Gujarat, at the western coast of India (western India Pakistan’s border) at Jadwa complete dry & hot area where one can’t even think of the availability of a drop of water .Once a year during spring water is stored digging the ground so that can be consumed for rest of the year .Complete tribal lifestyle, houses made up of ,leaves found in ponds or lakes & the specialty is that these houses are cool in summer ,warm in winter & safe from water in autumn & spring meaning it is constructed in such a way that water can’t enter the house .Interacting with the localities residing there ,those who were also working on daily wages at plant, I get to know how this lifestyle is so different (complete tribal life hood).Their occupation mainly is to sell milk but nowadays, few of them are also working in “Sanghi” to earn more and in same accordance company is serving them a lot too. It was a thrilling experience meeting different people, getting new information & ideas it was up to my choice of profession. I enjoyed every moment of my training being at plant.
Most amazing thing apart from all these I observed was the capability to work of the local villagers specially the septuagenarian , they can easily walk around 15 to 20 kms without any stress as being their casual routine none expect one or two had specs or diseases as : Blood pressure ,diabetes or any other general disease which majority of people are suffering nowadays . I was at plant to different units :Coal & mining ,desalination plant for (purifying the water) cement grinding and packaging unit , central control room , laboratory ,power plant (based on diesel) ,thermal power plant (based on coal ) , jetty , hospitals . The most thrilling moment was at jetty beside Arabian Sea… the captive mines as limestone, clay, fly ash & volcanic ash took me to the picturisation of Suraj huaa madhaam (Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum ) . I imagined how things are shown from different angle and beauty is portrayed ,whole ambiance was the same almost .
Elusive feel ...Felt like how few of the best parts are still absconded and unnoticed ..This factotum visit as a part of my work let me imbibe serendipitous experience.
What we always see is not what exactly it be , every thing has the other part that is not noticed often ,when noticed is considered to be the best & unique of all . I had the same experience here , how important it is to realise the major importance of things we get so easily .How beautiful can place be which is left unnoticed ..

"Hide not your talents. They for use were made .What's a sundial in the shade ?"...BANG ON !
A winner is the one who recognizes his talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.
Sir, I still remember the day I waited for you at your coaching class and was so curiously watching the way you were teaching your students …..Finally my two n a half hour wait ended up and what you said during the conversation: “Hard work pays off “and my wait paid me you were finally convinced with my proposal..
Anand Kumar, Super 30 founder serving free of cost for economically challenged students has been selected by UK based magazine “Monocle” among the list of 20 pioneering teachers of the world.
One who loves solving all kinds of intriguing and mystifying mathematical problems. His Super-30 initiative is the only entry from India in the selected list. He has been applauded for the first of its kind initiative to groom students from the poorest sections of the society consistently over the last 10 years, free of cost which made the dream of those economically challenged bright brains turning to reality .The only thing Kumar believes in is “hard work pays off “much more than we can assume. How he leaded his life with struggles and never left the hope and finally is now an Indian icon. Kumar also announced few months back that he will speak about the ways in which Wikipedia could become more effective, especially to poor students. The magazine states that due to his revolutionary teaching and commitment to the cause, Anand is as popular as any Bollywood star.
In 1994, he got an opportunity to attend Cambridge University but extreme pecuniary and his father’s untimely death prevented him from joining. To make the family’s ends meet, his mother would make papads and he would ride around town on his bicycle to sell them. This turned out to be a turning point for Anand. Having witnessed extreme financial hardship since childhood, he decided to do something tangible for poor students – students who would invariably fade away with paucity of opportunities. A new avatar of Ramanujan School of Mathematics was born where he trained a small group of students for various competitive entrance examinations for a very nominal fee. For extremely poor students, food, accommodation and coaching all is provided free of cost. His big dream is to build and start a big new school and has set himself even bigger goals. He expects his graduating students to win Mathematics and Physics Olympiads and…brace themselves; he predicts that one of his students will one day win a Nobel Prize. A big question 4 all indeed who would that “Great person be”..! Finally the 2011 IIT JEE results are out and an impressive 24 made it this time. The big change for the Super 30 Entrance Test 2012 is that admissions won’t be confined to poor students from Bihar. It will be open to wards from lower middle class families as well (a raising of the economic eligibility criterion) and wards from other states are also eligible. !
Move on who dreamed for so long …..Way out there..!
27-year-old “Sushil Kumar”, from Motihari district of Bihar the first person to win Rs 5 crore on KBC till date….
Competitive exams preparation and knowledge imbibed, ultimately worked out in playing the game so well. The simple person, who worked as a computer operator in government's Mahatma Gandhi Scheme, remembers how he didn't have TV when KBC started and used to sneak into his neighbour's house to catch the show .The aim which was shattered, once again came his way back as an opportunity, now he will leave his job n settle down to Delhi for the IAS preparation”. He become the brand ambassador for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA) …Move on, long way to go!! …
What he see the attitude of society changing towards him with his historic win…! "Sensing that” people who never used to give him a second glance are now claiming, back in his hometown, that they are the best friends. They are giving interviews in newspapers of how well they know him. Certainly life has changed :-)
Actual journey starts now!!
What you people turned to reality, clearly proves out “failure is the way to success”.
Talent knows no boundaries. It is all around us – even in the most unlikely places.
Simplicity & hard work find the way to win, sooner or later ….!
